NextComputing unveils rugged mobile workstation – Vigor Evo Plus

There might have been many situations that you’ll need a rugged computer that offers both mobility and the power of a desktop or workstation for high-end applications. NextComputing has just unveiled rugged mobile workstation, called the Vigor Evo Plus that is specially made for those who need both power and ruggedness.


The NextComputing’s Vigor Evo Plus is classified as a “standalone” portable workstation that comes with three built-in HD monitors. It also has multiple PCI Express slots, and packs high processing power that is driven by 16GB of EEC RAM, one or two Xeon CPUS, internal storage of up to 11TB. The integrated monitor is a 17-inch display, while the 2nd and 3rd remain as optional. It weighs at 35 pounds of 16kg, which is definitely not easy to transport.
